Each credit covers one complete reference check, which includes: candidate consent email, up to 5 reference contacts per check (added by you or provided by the candidate), automated email delivery, reminder emails, response collection, report exports (PDF/CSV), and AI-powered analysis (Sentiment, Risks, Values). Referees can also complete checks via voice conversation at no extra cost.

Each AI video interview invitation costs 1 credit — the same credits you use for reference checks and surveys. Credits never expire and there are no monthly fees. Video interviews are currently in Beta.

Yes! Once you purchase a credit package, you can invite up to 10 team members to your workspace. Contact support if you need additional seats. Team members share the same pool of credits and can view/manage all candidates and reports collaboratively.
