It returns the top 3 best-fit candidates with match scores and explanations. If no qualified candidates exist, it tells you why.

Can I edit candidate profiles after they're created?

Yes. You can edit a candidate's name, email, phone, location, skills, and certifications from their detail page. Notes are also editable and synchronized with linked reference checks.

How does the Talent Pool integrate with reference checks?

When you create a reference check, you can tick 'Add to Talent Pool' to automatically save the candidate. When references complete questionnaires, the candidate's AI summary and scores update automatically. You can also start new reference checks directly from a candidate's talent pool profile.
